As a newer brand entering a crowded and commoditized market, Brightwood needed more than a website. They needed clear positioning, service architecture, and a growth engine that reflected the premium standard of care they deliver.
What We Delivered:
The project defined a clear premium service positioning in a price-sensitive market while clarifying the structure between Essential and Premier care services. Messaging was refined for families, referral partners, and caregivers, while strengthening the overall value narrative around professional oversight and rapid response.
Developed full website strategy and copy architecture, rebuilt key pages including Homepage, About, Getting Started, and Services, established a clear call-to-action hierarchy with a call-first model, and integrated trust elements, service comparisons, and a conversion-focused structure.
Created meta and Google ad strategy with creative direction, integrated lead forms into HubSpot, implemented QR tracking for print and events, developed a 55+ community outreach plan, and designed referral partner positioning with supporting collateral.
Developed a quarterly magazine concept (BrightNews), designed print collateral including tri-folds, one-pagers, and directory ads, created event strategies for senior communities, and implemented ongoing messaging refinement with campaign optimization.
